While i will always use OmniFocus to run my life, I will probably always think that OrgMode is the best organizer.. EVER…

one thing i need to look into with omnifocus, multiple databases. It seems like it would be handy to delineate my dayjob data from my everything else data. both are massive amounts of data. for now, keeping work stuff in TaskPaper/devonthink. @omni

okay, so i just checked off “upgrade to omnifocus 3” IN omnifocus 3.. imported from my omnifocus 2 database. now that i think about it, looking at how it handles dates.. like does “next thursday” work? @omni

i don’t think my last post made it.. I just installed OmniFocus, and bought the upgrade to 3 without even firing it up. That’s how much I love that stuff. @omni

So, is it overkill that I always have Mathematica open instead of the normal calculator? It’s like a dual purpose calculator and rabbit hole generator.

It drives me crazy when systems use UTC, but a 12 hour based clock. My brain has a hard time dealing with that..

i think Pinboard and Cappuccino are is my current “Read it later” jam, as Pinboard allows EVERYTING to be dumped into an RSS feed.

i really miss the LastFM radio app. That was the best radio and recommendation engine that ever there was.
